In-house grinding is a Tri Part distinction. We have 5 different grinding machines that give us the flexibility to provide thru-feed grinding, in-feed grinding, and OD grinding.

Grinding Capabilities

Tri Part has the capability to analyze over 20 surface finish parameters to meet tight tolerance requirements. Typical in-house grinding tolerance can reach .0001 inch for diameter, .0005 inch for circularity, .0001 inch for straightness, and 0 shaft lead (as per SAE J946).
